Bringing two cups (or less) of water to a boil with one cup of groat otas, covering at a low simmer and cooking for 10–15 minutes or until the germ separates from the seed. Serve with nuts and other seeds to make a richer protein. You can eat them raw, just soak them for 3-4 hrs with your favourite nut or seed milk.
